Privacy policy
Altegio Analytics Agent is operated by Komanda A LLC.
Data we use
We process your Altegio user identifier, authorized location identifiers, messages, requested business metrics, and assistant responses. Passwords stay in Altegio's authorization flow and are never handled by this service.
Purpose and retention
We use this data only to provide the read-only analytics assistant. The browser session lasts up to 30 days. Conversation history is retained so you can continue a chat; uninstalling a location stops new access to that location.
Processing and security
Messages and tool results are processed by the self-hosted assistant runtime. Altegio credentials stay server-side and are not sent to the browser or the language model. Tenant identity and location scope are enforced by the gateway.
Your choices
Sign out to end the browser session. For access, correction, or deletion requests, contact Altegio Support.
